The MDF and Particle Board (MDP) panels used on Artely's furniture are 15mm or 25mm thickness. It ensures structural resistance, prevines from warping and makes the products much more robust and long-lasting. The same pattern of selection is used to choose all the other suppliers and components.

Tempered glass guarantee more security in use, as it is much stronger than the normal glass, and if it is broken, turns into small pieces without sharp edges, avoiding the risk of injuries.

High quality hardware is used to increase the durability of the products. The drawers have metallic or tellescopic sliders, which make the movements more delicate and smooth. The casters safely support the weight of the equipment placed on the furniture.

All Artely TV panels are accompanied by a metallic support to attach the TV, which fits any model.

These supports are tested in certificated laboratories and approved to accommodate with total security the TV's weight.

Modern italian machines guarantee a highly automated process, with absolute precision in cutting, drilling and finishing. Besides the use of great equipments, what ensures the excellence of Artely's products is its team, formed by highly trained professionals, fundamental factor to achieve high standards of final quality.

Artely's finishing is made in an UV painting line (drying with Ultraviolet lamps), applying several layers of products: base, primer, printing shaft, ink and texture. Finally, the pieces are covered by a high resistance varnish coating. All these layers are important to preserve the color and bright of the pieces, making the product much more beautiful, long lasting and resistant to friction, moisture and scratches.

Artely has a wide line of colors, from woody tones, which make any home warm and cozy, to the most modern and vibrant ones, ideal to transform contemporary environments.

The pieces sides are revested by edge banding or are painted, which makes the finishing much more beautiful and prevents moisture absorption. In addition, the coating ensures that the quality of your product will be preserved for much longer.

The edges of the Tamburato pieces are covered on all sides with 1 mm thickness PVC, very resistant to moisture and impacts.

The quality control begins with the receivment of raw materials, checking whether everything is in accordance with the standard established for each material.

During the production process, many controls and conferences are carried out, such as: cutting quality,edge banding adhesion, position and measure of the perforations, checking the color tone and adherence of the paint, checking the finishing of the pieces, etc.

Before being packaged, some products from each batch are assembled to ensure that everything is in compliance and quality is guaranteed!

In addition to that, all models of TV panels are tested in a certificated laboratory, in order to ensure they can safely support the weight of the TV and other equipment.

After being produced,the pieces are carefully packed, protected bym polyethylene blankets and bups, in resistant cardboard boxes, ensuring that the product will arrive on its destination in perfect conditions, sem ser danificado without being damaged on the transport.
